Mexico is one of the largest coffee-producing countries in the world. We source this coffee from the southern part of the country, in the Chiapas and Oaxaca growing regions. Shade-grown in the high mountainous forests of the Sierra Madre mountains, this regions soil, temperature, and altitude makes its coffee among the best in the world. Organically certified and Fair Trade, this coffee is grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides and through a system that promotes fair wages and social initiatives.
