This single-origin coffee without caffeine, comes from exceptional lots grown by smallholder producers throughout Guatemala. Each lot is selected for its cup quality, careful preparation, and ability to retain its distinctive character through the decaffeination process.

After harvest, the coffee is fully washed before being decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process. This chemical-free method gently removes caffeine with water while preserving the coffee's natural flavor and complexity. The result is a balanced, flavorful cup that's perfect for enjoying throughout the day and evening.

This coffee is certified Organic by the Montana Department of Agriculture.
