Grown by 19 small scale producers in the Caranavi region of Bolivia, this coffee comes to us through Cooperativa Aljiri, founded in 2022 with a mission to improve farmers' livelihoods through quality, sustainability, and collaboration.

Members embrace practices like agroforestry and organic fertilizers while continually refining their farming and processing techniques to produce exceptional coffee.  The cooperative also supports initiatives that promote gender equality, including Matriarcas: Un Café con Igualdad, helping create opportunities for women throughout the coffee community.

Bolivian coffees are beautifully complex, offering remarkable sweetness and clarity in the cup. We're excited to welcome one back to our menu!

This coffee is certified Organic by the Montana Department of Agriculture.
