This single-origin, coffee without caffeine, is produced by small family farms in Ethiopia's Guji zone, an area renowned for its high altitude and nutrient-rich volcanic soil. After harvest, the beans undergo natural dry processing before being sent to a decaffeination facility in Canada. Using an innovative Swiss Water process, caffeine is gently removed through a precise combination of water, temperature, and time. The result is a rich brew with notes of toffee, walnut, and pineapple.
