This natural dry processed coffee was produced by Tijani Oli Faxuma, in the Jimma Zone, southwest of Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa. A driven and accomplished producer, Tijani began farming coffee at the age of 40, only 12 years ago. This exceptional micro lot was handpicked and dried on raised beds, carefully supervised, and sorted specifically for the Cup of Excellence competition. It’s no secret we love naturals, and we couldn’t be happier to have secured this coffee!
