Coffee and tea are non-returnable once they've been shipped, due to food safety standards.

Non-coffee merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original ship date. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please contact us via phone or email to begin a return or exchange. Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the product has been received and approved by Montana Coffee Traders.
