This delicious medium roast coffee set from Monteverde, Costa Rica features three coffees from the same farm, each defined by a different processing method. 

Café Monteverde (washed):  All the fruit is removed from the bean before drying. Clean and bright, with notes of honey crisp apple, milk chocolate and caramel.

Cafe Monteverde Miel (honey): Dried with some of the fruit still on the bean.  Sweet and smooth, with notes of brown sugar, pie cherry and honeysuckle. 

Cafe Monteverde Natural (natural dry):  Coffee is dried in fresh ripe cherry. Vibrant and juicy with notes of strawberry jam, almond and pink lemonade.
