We know you want the freshest coffee possible and not just something from a bag pulled off a shelf. That's why we strive to roast our coffees as close to the shipping date as possible. It may take a little longer for your order to ship out, but we promise its worth. Check out our schedule below for estimated ship times.

Standard Ground shipping
Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping usually take two (2) to six (6) business days, once the order is shipped out. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO address are included in the AK, HI and P.O. Box rates and are shipped via USPS.

Coffee and tea are non-returnable once they've been shipped, due to food safety standards.

Non-coffee merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original ship date. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please contact us via phone or email to begin a return or exchange. Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the product has been received and approved by Montana Coffee Traders.
