Organic Ethiopia Chelchele

Sourced from smallholder producers associated with the Chelchele washing station, this coffee exemplifies all that we love about coffees from Ethiopia. The light roast showcases flavors of mixed stone fruit, melon and jasmine while the dark roast brings richness of vanilla, cocoa and dried fruits.
The Chelchele washing station resides in the Yirgacheffe region and serves hundreds to thousands of producers who deliver coffee cherry throughout the harvest season. There the coffee is sorted, weighed, and paid for. Afterwards, the coffee cherries are depulped, soaked and transferred directly to raise beds and sun dried.
