Our new single origin coffee without caffeine is produced by small family farms located in the southern states of Chiapas and Oaxaca. High altitude mountain ranges, canopy forests providing shade and rich soil create the perfect terroir for coffee.
After harvest and traditional washed processing, the coffee is transported to a decaffeination facility. Water processed decaffeination is a methodology that begins with high-quality coffee and no chemicals or harmful additives are used throughout the process. Green coffees beans are soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee soluble that extracts the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s flavor. Enjoy this brew in the morning and at night!
