Organic Ethiopia Faysel Abdosh Natural Dark

Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Dark Chocolate, Caramel

This single estate coffee, located in eastern Sidama, is produced by Faysel Abdosh. Faysel’s methodology with this natural processed lot combines 85 % fully ripe, 10% over-ripe, and 5% under-ripe cherry together. A unique blend of cherries at different stages allows a balance between the sugars and acids in the bean. The cherries are then submerged underwater for eight hours, before being dried on raised beds for 28 days. This unique fermentation process initiates the sugar breakdown which results in a sweeter coffee. 

This coffee is certified Organic by the Montana Department of Agriculture and  Fair Trade Certified
