Coffee Story:

The Candelaria coffee farm in south central Guatemala is situated in the heart of coffee land. Steep volcanic terrain with ideal growing conditions is where this fine high-grown coffee is cultivated. The high elevation allows slow, even maturing of the coffee cherries, which are harvested at the peak of ripeness. The Zelaya family has recently completed a renovation of the farm with a mix of classic coffee varieties. The coffees of Guatemala are diverse in their flavors, but all exhibit a clean, bright, lively character. Our Guatemala has a fragrant aroma, slightly floral, and the cup is well balanced with rich chocolate flavor and a mellow, smooth, lingering aftertaste.
