Coffee Story:

Our new offer is sourced from the Hambela Estate, located in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. Coffee production and operating of the Hambela Estate is facilitated by the METAD group. A family owned agricultural development business, METAD, has been proven positive for the local work force and community by way of employment opportunities and opening access to education and healthcare.

This coffee is a natural dry process, in which the coffee cherry is harvested, and sun dried with the fruit still intact to the outer surface of the bean. The coffee is then milled, removing the dried cherry and exposing the coffee seed. The natural dry method is responsible for the fruity character of the coffee.
