Coffee Story:
Ethiopia Gedeb Banko Gotiti is produced by small family owned farms organized around the Gotiti mill, in the Gedeb district of the Gedeo Zone. The beans are grown at high elevations between 5250 -7550 ft and surrounded by mineral rich soil which all contribute to the success of this delicate, yet refined cup of black gold. Farmers harvest the ripe coffee cherry and then remove the fruit skin and pulp before the beans are sun-dried on raised beds. We are offering this coffee at two roast levels. The light roast showcases the soft yet elegant notes of origin, while the dark roast accentuates the rich and complex flavors this coffee has to offer.
