Coffee Story:

Bedhatu Jibicho has become a familiar farmer contributing to our coffee menu from Ethiopia. A woman in her 80’s who has farmed coffee for over 50 years, we are excited to offer Bedhatu’s organic natural dry process coffee for the first time. The fruit forward flavors in this coffee are influenced by processing technique and terroir of the farm. Naturally processed, the coffee cherry is harvested and dried in its fruit. The coffee is then milled, removing the dried cherry and exposing the coffee bean. An MCT favorite, we are extremely excited to share this unique coffee with you.
