Coffee Story:
Bedhatu Jibicho has become a memorable name here at Montana Coffee Traders, and we are delighted to share this exquisite coffee for a third time!! At over 80 years young, Bedhatu has been producing coffee for over 50 years and her commitment continues to show in the overall excellence of her coffee. As a family owned business, emphasis on social impact in the communities where they live is important and has taken shape in different ways. A few years ago, Bedhatu’s family desired to become involved in coffee exportation. They began by collecting farmers cherries, processing, and bringing market access to community members by way of selling and exporting their coffee. To date, the family has invested in additional coffee cherry collection sites, reducing transportation costs for other producers, as well as contributing to road construction projects, making travel easier for everyone.
We could not be more thrilled to have this exceptional coffee back on our menu!
