Organic Ethiopian Amaro Gayo
We are very excited to offer Organic Amaro Gayo, a new coffee from Southwest Ethiopia. We have been fortunate this year to find delicious coffees from Ethiopia because of changes the government has made in selling coffee. This one is exceptional. Cup characteristics: thick body, chocolaty, dired banana & blackberry, sweet rich chocolate aftertaste, very clean and consistent. If you like sweet, berrylike flavors this is one to try.

Organic Timor
Our Timor coffee is an organic and Fair Trade Certified coffee from East Timor, an island in the Indonesian archipelago north of Australia. Gaining independence from Indonesia in 1999, the coffee farmers of the war-torn country began building a market for their coffee by forming the Cooperative Cafe Timor (CCT) in 2000. The Maubesse Timor has become one of our favorite coffees from that part of the world. Growing at elevations up to 5000 feet, the coffee has a smooth, rich character with a light, mild acidity.

Sulawesi
Sulawesi Toraja Sapan Minanga is produced in the Toraja region of southern Sulawesi, an island in the Indonesian archipelago. Sapan and Minanga are both market towns where ripe coffee cherries are collected for processing. These coffees come from the highest elevations, up to 6000 feet, in all of Sulawesi which results in the complex flavors in the coffee. Processed using the tradiional wet-hulled method, the flavor is representative of Sulawesi coffee from an earlier era, spicy, herbal and sweetly complex.
